We ship via USPS and sometime UPS. If you are ordering from the contiguous USA, we charge a flat free of $15.00 per order

ORDERING

PAYMENT: Prices are shown in US Dollars. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

MAKING CHANGES/DELETIONS TO YOUR ORDER:  If you have to change your order, please e-mail us as soon as possible with your full order number in the subject line with precisely what you need changed. Orders are usually shipped out the same business day. We cannot guarantee we will catch your e-mail before the shipment goes out. We highly recommend you triple-check your order details before submitting it.  We are in the PST time zone.

USING PROMO CODES: If you are a registered customer, you can enter the promo code on the "Review Cart" page. If you want to buy as a Guest, please enter in the promo code at the Payment stage. If you enter it on the "Review Cart" page the site might generate an error.

STOCK: If you are able to order the item, that usually means the item is in stock, If, on occasion, the item actually out of stock, we will e-mail with options or offer a refund, if your card was charged.

SALES TAX: Due to new laws, sales tax will be charged to customers in some states in the USA. International orders will still be exempt from sales tax.



SHIPPING


USA ORDERS: If you are ordering from within the contiguous United States, we charge a flat rate of $15 per order.
If you want the shipper to get a signature when delivering, choose the "Ground: Signature required" option. They charge us (and we you) an additional $4.75 for this option, but it reduces chance of package theft when just left on the doorstep.

We encourage you to look for our products at bike shops or other online retailers.
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of receipt.

We will not ship via USPS to addresses in the USA, unless your have an APO or APE military address.

CANADA. ALASKA, HAWAII ORDERS:
For Canada, Alaska and Hawaii, we usually just ship using the most economical U.S. Postal Service option. You will not get an e-mail with shipping options like we do with other international orders, unless you request it. If you need expedited shipping, let us know in the comments section.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We take orders from some countries outside the USA and Canada. (To view what countries we ship to view the "Country" drop down menu on the check out page where you enter in your address.) We will usually use the U.S. Postal Service. You must place the order before we can quote shipping. Shipping cost will not appear on your Shopping Cart. We will pack your order, weigh it, and e-mail you your shipping options (Exclusive of customs duties) for your approval. You may select one of the options or cancel the order; if you cancel your order, any money we have collected for the items will be refunded to you. Due to our order volume, we cannot offer a firm shipping quote before you place the order.
Please note that we mark the actual purchase price on customs forms; if we don't declare a full price, then we can't insure it for the full value. Packages cannot be labelled as gifts or at a lower value. It is the customer's resposibility to research and pay for customs duties; we do not collect payment for these charges.


RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 30 days from original purchase. Returns must be in their original packaging and in new condition. Installed or used parts can not be accepted for return. Please email us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to the sender. Except for shipping errors on our part and defective product, all returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price.
